At Roof TuneUp, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, pre-qualified, and pre-vetted leads to roofing companies across the U.S. Due to the nature of our service, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Refunds Policy
By purchasing leads from Roof TuneUp, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Upon purchase, we immediately begin running advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads for your business.
- Leads are generated through our advertising efforts and delivered as they become available.
- Because we begin our lead generation process immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including customer dissatisfaction, non-response, or failure to convert a lead into a customer.
Disputes or Issues
If you believe a lead was delivered in error (e.g., incorrect contact info or duplicate), you may contact our support team at support@rooftuneup.ai after receiving the lead. While we do not guarantee any resolution, we may, at our sole discretion, review the case and offer a replacement credit only if the lead clearly fails to meet our stated criteria.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Roof TuneUp is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or permanent banning from future purchases.
